It's sturdy and well designed. The zipper is very secure and easy to use. Above all I like the fact that it has twin handles so it can be picked up in one hand. I hate shoulder straps and do not use the one provided. I spent a fair amount of time debating the size of cooler. Finally I determined that the 30 can size would be just right. After all you don't have to load it with 30 cans! Put half a dozen in there along with some ice packs and a couple of sandwiches and you have a very comfortable and underfilled load to carry. Better to have it be too big most of the time than to have it too small even once.

I purchased this bag six months ago, and have used it a couple of times a week since. The bag is fantastic, it will keep my food cold for 24 hours with just a frozen plastic soda bottle inside. It is very well made, and easy to clean. On the flip side, the zipper is terrible. Although it is sewn in well, the actual teeth of the zipper have begun to split down the middle, thus making it very difficult to close. Not an easy or worthwhile repair. Sadly, I will probably be throwing out an otherwise fine bag in a couple of weeks. I would happily buy another if they could source a more durable zipper manufacturer.

I really enjoy this cooler.I can easily fit 15 cans of soda plus ice into this cooler.Keeps everything nice and cold up to 24 hours.zipper is completely waterproof and won't overflow if you turn it over.Best of all,the cooler is dual-use. it has two bags that can be used separately. It's really cool! It's the perfect alternative for the yeti, and even better than it is because it's cheaper for the same features.Very happy with decision to get this over an Rtic or Yeti.

This cooler is as good as the most expensive brands. We have the 30 can size. Half gallon of milk and large orange juice bottles will fit standing upright. Filled the cooler with cold items at 9am. Added three frozen water bottles to keep items cold. 6 hours later the bottles were still frozen solid. I have no doubt this cooler will keep items cold for the entire day plus with out any other ice. Very sturdy, zipper works well, and handles are heavy duty. You don't have to spend the big bucks to get a very nice cooler. Get this one!

This cooler will not let you down. Use on the boat during the summer! Did a all day fishing tournament in July and I stuck it in the fridge overnight filled and covered it all with ice and we had ice still at the end of the day and everything was ice cold!

The zipper on this product broke after just 5 months of use. There is not way to get it back in - i have tried to put it in and tighten it with pliers. What is even worse, I have messaged this seller twice over the last two weeks and they are not responding at all.

We spend our summer living out of our cooler on the boat. We needed something that was just the right size and could hold on to the ice through the day. This fit the bill. Exceptional value if compared to the other coolers of this type. Holds just enough to get us through the day.

I am an RN who works 13 hour shift in a large critical care unit. We have more lunch bags then refrigerator space! I bought this product hoping it would keep my food cold for the whole shift and end my having to fight for refrigerator space! I use a 2 lb ice block and fill it up with food. My food is still very cold at the end of my shift! It is easy to clean if there is a leaky container problem. The zipper does require some effort to open and close but since it works so well at keeping my food cold and safe to eat I won't complain about it!

Was looking for a substitute for the Yeti Roadie (which is a little heavy empty) and found the Tourit. Did some research before buying and I love it. We took it to the beach (family of 4) and it kept things cold while using the yeti ice packs. As in the reviews it did come with a heavy plastic smell. I covered the inside with baking soda over night and that did solve the smell. I highly recommend this!

Great cooler. I was comparing this to the Rtic cooler but they would not ship to my Army Post office. TOURIT has a great product. I use it for lunch and with a single frozen element the cooler stays ICE cold through the day. Cold water, cold fruit and cold sandwiches even in the hottest of weather. Thank you TOURIT. If there was one thing I would change on it would be to add some type of net or bungee system for the lid to hold things on top.

When getting ready to embark on a 2 day kayak camping trip I needed a cooler that was medium size and would keep food and beverages cold for 2 days. I didn't want to pay a premium I realize that a cooler is something you keep around for many many years of occasional use. The one cooler I had on hand has been around for 20 years. So I thought I would be willing to spend a reasonable amount for something I would use for a long time. I have to say I am very pleased with the TOURIT 20. It did a great job of keeping things cold. It didn't leak. It was perfect size for fitting on my kayak. The zipper has some resistance but I did apply the zipper lubricant provided which helped. Would recommend to anyone.

The cooler does stay cold if u add real ice and ice packs. The metal parts are terrible quality. I took it brand new to the beach for 7 days and it all rusted! I’m sure the snaps and clips will stop working an d break off completely at the next use. I wish I could return it!!!

I’m really disappointed with this product. I decided to spend more money on this cooler because I thought it was made with top quality material and would last longer than other coolers. However, I’ve only had this cooler for a little more than 3 months and the zipper is already coming apart. Very disappointed!!

I did a lot of research and watched many YouTube videos before I made this purchase. The Tourit 20 is a perfect size for me and it has a significant amount of insulation to keep things could. I own a Yeti Tundra 65, so I knew how those coolers perform. A friend of mine purchased a portable Yeti. I asked him how long ice lasted and he indicated about 2, 3 days max. He indicated that the zipper was a concern because it is quite challenging to open and close. After my research, I went forward with the Tourit purchase. I am extremely happy with my selection!! The cooler was put to the test right away as we traveled to Virginia Beach for a soccer tournament. It was in the low 90s and the cooler was outside all day, under a tent, so not in direct sunlight, and the ice in the cooler probably only melted by about 20%. When I got home I took the cooler to a golf outing where I thought I could bring beer onto the course in the cooler since it was a fundraiser, best ball tournament - thought it would be okay. I was wrong, so I had to leave the cooler in the trunk of my car. It was 89 degrees and about 85% humidity that day. After about 10 hours, golf, bar, and dinner, I checked the cooler expecting the majority of the ice to be melted. To my surprise, it was only about 30% melted. These are my guesstimates on the level of ice melting, but you get the point. The cooler keeps things cold!!! One issue is the zipper handle coating is peeling off after about a month of being used every weekend for soccer tournaments. Not a big deal for me because I care about how long it keeps things cold, but something the company should look into. I highly recommend the cooler given the price point and the performance!!!

I have a Yeti hopper and bought this as a backup. This is now my go to cooler and I sold the Yeti

Excellent product. Found it through a YouTube product review as alternative to yeti products. Tested on a 3 day horse show trip in 105 degree weather. Cooler was exposed to heat 3 days. Food was cold the entire time. Granted no ice on day 3 but cold water. No leakage, no condensation on outside. Highly recommend!!!

This cooler keeps my Items cool all day even in a car with temps reaching 150-169 degrees in the summer heat. It’s tall enough to fit my workout cups and not to big to fit on my car seat. It’s pricey but it’s about 1” thick insulation allows for 3-4 ice packs to keep items cold for an entire 12-18hrs

Love this cooler! Best thing about it’s that it’s leak-proof. Tipped over and no water leaked out. Keeps everything nice and cold and for several days. Love how it gives you serval options to carry the cooler. Overall I’m pretty impressed with it. Only thing I don’t like is the logo on the zipper cause it looks like a d*** and two balls and unfortunately everyone sees the same thing when they come to get something from my cooler; at least it’s a conversation starter lol.

The cooler was bigger than I expected. Thankfully, it is pretty manageable when filled up. Ten pounds of ice is more than enough to keep your bottles or cans chilled for at least three days. If you freeze a few bottles, like I do, then you are looking at five or more days of cold beverages. I work in the outdoors and keep the cooler in my car during the days. Despite warm 80 and 90 degree temperatures, my beverages remain cold. I'm happy with my purchase thus far!

This is a super well made cooler! It looks really nice too and the colors are great! 100 bucks isn’t exactly cheap...but at least I feel like I’m not just paying for some kind of ridiculously overpriced red neck status symbol like a Yeti. It does the exact same thing just as well as the Yeti brand....keeps your drinks cold with heavy insulation....it’s not exactly rocket science here. It has lots of loops and a clip to attach stuff to it and a bottle opener. Warning it is quite heavy to carry if it’s full of ice and drinks...especially glass bottles. It MIGHT hold ice for three days as the claim if you don’t live in the 5th inner circle of Hell like I do... but it will keep ice at least all day and maybe part of the next. I work in the Deep South and it stays in the back of an un-air conditioned truck for 11 hours or more and I’ve got about a third of the ice I started with at the end of the day. It has a mesh pocket on the back and a pleated pocket on the front... but don’t expect to fit much in it as they are pretty tight. Maybe a small set of keys or your utensils and a few napkins if you are using it as a lunchbox for work. The surface is smooth and it cleans well (also the dark blue color helps) so it can go from work during the week to a BYOB gathering on the weekend and you won’t look like a bum that brought their drinks in their dirty work lunch tote...so that is a bonus.

I was looking for a cheap alternative to the absurdly priced Yetis, and so far, I'm liking the Tourit. It's light, takes a beating and does indeed keep things nice and cold for a long time. The Yeti might keep things colder, but for the money, I'm happy with this.

2 Reviews: Product and Customer Service1. Product: I really enjoy this cooler. We’ve had it a few weeks and already used it for a cookout and week at the beach. It has kept everything cold, it is easy to transport, and it is easy to clean. This is a great alternative to more expensive soft-sided coolers. One unexpected thing we like is that the cooler is sturdy enough to hold drinks on top when the lid is closed - doubling as a little portable table to keep your drinks close by and off the hot sand.2. Customer service: The shoulder strap we originally received was missing one of the hooks. While this was frustrating, the team at Diamond Star Industrial and TOURIT worked quickly to send me a replacement. They were very responsive, apologetic, and courteous. They immediately sent me a new strap and made every effort to ensure we were satisfied with the product. I wasn’t originally going to give the product 5 stars but they were so helpful and easy to work with, they earned my appreciation and respect.

Great product. Very happy with decision to get this over an Rtic or Yeti. Price is great. Zipper seems a little light weight for the cooler but no problems at all so far.

Bought it for a short camping outing,we do have a yeti hard cooler but wanted something smaller that would do the same thing which it did, after three days It still had some ice left, everything was super cold very happy with my purchase.

Used this cooler during a 5 day move from Georgia to Texas. When the movers pack up your stuff...you're basically camping. We noticed right away the cooler's ability to keep ice much longer than another cooler we purchased for the same period of time. This is a keeper...time will tell if it has durability, but for now we Recommend it.

I was looking for a less expensive alternative to Yeti coolers. This one seems to meet my expectations. The zipper is almost exactly the same as the higher priced coolers. The interior and exterior are not as well designed or manufactured as Yeti, but the cost differential is significant. So, I am well satisfied and would buy this cooler again. We have used the cooler several times, mostly using it to hold drinks while taking driving trips. It held the ice for more than a day and that is better than ordinary coolers that we have used in the past.

Works as advertised. I can easily fit 20 cans of soda plus ice into this cooler. Its the perfect size for our six-member family. It's waterproof, keeps things very cold (no, I didn't try for 3 days), and has a sturdy feel for a rubber & foam construction. The material is pretty light and the straps are thick and strong. All in all, I'd say it really does deliver on everything it claims. What you should know. To maintain its watertight seal, this cooler uses a unique zipper system. I don't really mind it, but it is a little more work than just zipping/unzipping your jacket. Also there are pockets on the sides of the cooler, but I'm hesitant to put anything larger than a couple of candy bars into them for fear of stretching out the material (it could just be me, though). All in all, an excellent product. I'd give it 4.5 if I could. Not a 5 only because it's a little pricey, but I clipped the Amazon coupon.
