My wife snagged one of these for me, and I love it! As an ultra marathon athlete, hydration is obviously important, and this cooler makes transporting my beverages soooo convenient! My drinks stay ice cold during my long runs, so I'm a happy camper (& runner) after mile 20. The cooler outer is extremely durable and fantastic for hiking in some craft brews to my favorite back country campsite at Red River Gorge. My buddies are too thankful when I offer them a frosty IPA in a dry county! The roll top closure is perfect for quick packing, and that blue is super sharp!thanks again for a great product yall - Josh Bender

absolutely incredible. I'll buy another, probably the larger size next. Doesn't leak a drop and holds ice longer than my Coleman hard sided cooler.Great Buy! Very Pleased.

I replaced a small hard-sided cooler for this. We keep drinks in it for camping. When I filled it for the first time and loaded it in the car (upright), it leaked on the road trip to the camp ground. Once there, I had no choice but to keep using it as we had no other drink cooler. It leaked again when I filled it with ice again but then for the next two weeks after that it didn't leaked. Something must need to get broken in to get it water-tight. I hope it won't leak again when I fill it the first time for the next trip. It kept ice for about 18 hrs and drinks cold for 24 hrs. This is after putting in non-refrigerated drinks in it. Its a convenient size and packs well loaded and unloaded. I'm glad it stopped leaking because I do like this cooler.

Took this in the 15L size on a trip to Costa Rica and used it to carry beer, groceries, small bags of ice and fish to and from the beach, store, house, boat, etc. It has a nice duffel style shoulder strap w/ pad that carries well. I managed to get the advertised 12 pack and a small, 8lb. Bag of ice in there but folding the top to seal was a little tricky. Even in the hot Central American sun, the bag kept our drinks cold and would do a fair job of keeping ice intact for a few hours. It's not going to hold a bag of party ice for a day, but it's perfect for a kayak trip, a good 5 or 6 hours on the beach, a half day fishing... And this was holding ice to make cocktails with. Kept our Imperial and Pilsen cans cold even longer. I have a Yeti cooler, but this is way better for those outings where you don't want to lug a big, bulky overpriced hunk of plastic around. Way cheaper than the hopper and I honestly don't need it to hold ice for 12+ hours or I'd use an actual cooler. The people complaining about it not holding ice like a cooler should somewhat check their expectations because no bag of this type is going to hold ice for a day+ in fairly temperate or warm temps. I ended up taking my 15L back though and upgrading to the 20L PRO version for the backpack style straps and just a bit more capacity so I can overload it w/ more ice because regardless, 8 or 10 lbs. of ice just won't do with folks constantly opening and closing to take out drinks or mix cocktails.

I received my delivery the day before a beach trip and decided to quickly test the results. I didn't pay attention to how much ice I put in and unfortunately couldn't weigh it accurately with my scales. The percentages I calculated are +/-4% of accurate. Results after 7 hours external temp 10am 79ºF external temp 5pm 89ºF water 679 grams ice 1200 grams total 1779 grams melted 36.1% frozen 63.9%These results are unfortunately approximated because my scale maxed out at 1100 grams and I had to estimate how much weight I was lifting off the scale to get it to register. There was also a lot of airspace in the cooler. If more ice was used I feel confident that this cooler could keep drinks cold for 24 hours.Verdict: This is a very well designed and well made cooler. It's clear that IceMule is listening to their customers and constantly improving their products. I am very pleased with my purchase.Note: The product I received is actually a newer revision that what was shown in the photos as of 2015/08/13. In the photo showing the back of the bag you can slightly make out a beach ball style valve hidden in the fold on the top left below the buckle. Mine has a much more rugged self inflating sleep mat style valve.

Well, it would understate it to say I was disappointed. Just two points here: (1) The ice lasted less than 8 hours. and (2) it leaks along the seal at the bottom. Definately going back.
