Please be aware that due to recent global events due to COVID-19 and the effects that this pandemic has had in multiple industries, shipment times of orders may be affected. Your order may be shipped from overseas and may take longer to receive than expected as shown on shipping approximations posted on product pages, on our FAQ page, or on our Shipping Policy page.
We ask that you be patient with us, as we are personally taking care of each of our customers to make sure they receive their orders as quickly and as safe as possible. We've left some information below on COVID-19 to keep you better informed. We are seeing massive delays at the Chicago and LA international export terminals. They have a massive amount of packages and very few planes leaving the US, which is why you you see packages sitting there for days and sometimes even weeks. It's getting better but still an issue.
For domestic delays the USPS is getting overwhelmed in certain cities which is why it will arrive in that city and sit for a week. When you call USPS they say "we never got it," which is true because its sitting on a parking lot truck trailer waiting to be processed, so we need to explain this to customers as its not lost just delayed and in certain cities like Chicago and LA there is nothing we can do but wait.
